Rules and Regulations around tyres are updated regularly.
By purchasing tyres online you are forgoing the expert opinion of a tyreshop to assess and advice you on your vehicle’s particular needs.
You as the purchaser are responsible for selecting products that are Legal, Safe and up to Warrant of Fitness standards for your particular individual circumstance.

Guru Tyres will meet all of its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act in regards to faulty or damaged goods.
If you learn after purchase that the goods are not suitable for your individual application, in good faith, we will provide you with alternates that do meet your needs (any cost variation to be paid by the purchaser or refunded as per below).
If we are unable to provide alternatives that meet your needs, we will provide a refund if the following conditions are met.
• Tyres are returned in brand new condition
• Tyres have not been fitted to rims
• Tyres are returned within 10 working days of the scheduled fitting date
Refunds will be less shipping and restocking fees (varies by brand) and return shipping costs if applicable.
